Exceptional
10.0Wonderful location, on a hill , cca 8 km from Lamezia Therme, overviewing both the city and the Santa Eufemia Golf /Tirrenean Sea. Superkind and helpfull hosts living just 50 m from the appartments (Vittorio and Mafa), most probably the best we ever had, not only in Italy. They offered us even the chance to taste a several dishes menu Calabrian type prepared by Mafa &co and the their wine and Amaro for a very decent amount of money. Living and fridge was garnished with everything one might imagine for breakfast. On top, each morning fresh croissants and other pastry in front of our door. Supermarket within 3 km/5 min driving. Two very good fish restaurants in Gizzeria-Lido withing 8 km/10 min driving. And, just arround the corner, a modest but tasty trattoria for those who prefere just to walk a couple of hundred meters. Quiet neighbourhood, outdoor sitting and barbeque area when weather is warmer. Guarding dogs sometimes barked during the night, but one gets easy used to it, especially when you find next day Gigi (the white one) resting in shadow in front of your door. Bref, the apartment is very clean and, as stated in the description, a 3 stars establishment and I would rate it 8.5-9. The location, the hosts, the whole layout deserve a ...11 plus. Makes an aritmethical average of 10.
− Some items in the house would need sooner or later an upgrade, especially in the bathroom. For instance, well built persons might have difficulties to enter the shower tray (doors are too narrow). The heating by A/C is another issue, but this is typical to all Mediterean countries. Spare blankets have also helped.
Nice place
10.0Very friendly owner and his family. They gave us a lot oranges from them garden and all food for breakfast. Amazing view to sea. Comfortable house. We made barbecue in terrace. Good place for family with kids. There’s a lot different animals. Highly recommend.

10.0The views, surroundings, hosts, place, excellent dinner! Will be back.
One of the strongest and happiest memories of our road trip around Magna Grecia! Highly recommented!
10.02days stop during our road trip around Magna Grecia. Quiet location, ideal for relaxing, although we ended up having a party both nights we stayed in. But luckily there were no people around to be disturbed. The owner, Vittorio, and his wonderful wife, Mafalda, where excellent, both as hosts and as sefs. They've prepared a very tasty and delicius dinner for us, using their own products. Their self-made wine was excellent. They even participated in our party, showing us their traditional tarantela dance and willing to learn ours (greek folk dances). Grazie di cuore Vittorio e Mafalda!!!

10.0there’s everything you need: very spacious and clean apartment, lovely hosts. we didn’t book breakfast however there was lots of homegrown fruits and other stuff to have a generous breakfast. beautiful view at the sea and valley, you can see aircrafts landing at the airport nearby (no noise!). pets up there are very friendly and gentle (do not want to eat your food from the table ;)
