Unclean, Unsafe, uncomrfortable throughout. £404 basically thrown down the toilet. Very sad.
1.0− I was deeply unhappy with how unclean the whole letting was. Floors, bathroom, tables, everything was filthy and clearly neglected. It was definitely NOT what the photos had promoted. There was also no security bolt lock as it had clearly been kicked open at some point and not repaired. The kettle was full of limescale, the bathroom was full of grime and filth, the kitchen tap dripped loudly throughout the stay and the beds gave me a painful back. This is BY FAR the worst accommodation I have ever booked. When I contacted the host, there's was no reply.

− The bathroom ceiling was falling apart and covered in mould, the bathroom and living space overhead lights did not work, and the host was not very responsive

Average to disappointing at best, the photos were mostly accurate.
6.0Location was great, close to Paddington station and loads of restaurants.
− Part of the requested actions on check out was to wash any dishes used and take your garbage out at the end of your stay which I did not mind doing, however, when checking in I was not allowed to check in early because they were cleaning the unit - I can't see how a whole day was needed as the space is very small and in addition, every item I tried to use in the kitchen was dirty and needed to be washed before use which only makes me question what level of cleaning actually gets done between guests. Lastly, there was a leak in the ceiling in the bathroom, every time the bathroom of the unit on the floor above got used water would drip down into the bathroom and the main light in the room worked for 1 day before it stopped turning on.
