− Das erhalte Zimmer mit Kleinkind schlecht! Dachzimmer zu heiss - Kind kein Schlaf um 21 Uhr. Dachfenster leider in anderem Raum und Balkontüre war Notausgang mit ungeschütztem Loch (Leiter) am Boden, welches wir auch nicht öffnen konnten da Tochter da immer raus wollte und ja jeder konnte da theoretisch auch rein. Freundlichkeit am Frühstück von Personal auch nicht berauschend „Hallo, welches Zimmer“ und „ok“ mehr gab es nicht Auswahl Frühstück auch nur ein ok, hätte was mehr sein dürfen, bsp diverse Joghurt aber ein nature gab es nicht, auch auf anfrage

− Falls Sie länger als eine Nacht bleiben, hätte ich gerne ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück.
Lage ist gut. Leider ist das Hotel sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Austattung veraltet.

6.0Готель розташований біля залізниці, номер чистий та просторий.Персонал доброзичливий та готовий допомогти. Червона карта туриста,яку отримують постояльці готелю, дає змогу чудово розважитись у Шварцвальді безкоштовно або із гарними знижками:)
− В кімнаті ,нажаль, не було ні холодильника ні кондиціонера, що за спекотної погоди вплинуло на комфорт. Активності Лазер Тег та мотузковий парк виявились недоступними в понеділок та вівторок(а насамперед заради цих розваг для моїх двох синів ми поселилися в цьому готелі).
