7.0The room was quite new, big and clean, nothing to complain about. Animation team was brilliant: they entertained kids and adults during the day and in the evening! Thanks a lot to anyone from animation team. Food and bar were absolutely incredible. We enjoyed every meal. The service in the restaurant was also excellent Reception was very flexible, they let us check in earlier than in 5pm.
− 1. Room: it was almost impossible to take a shower in the room, because water was constantly jumping from cold to extremely hot. 2. Service: cleaning the room was unpredictable: sometimes it happened in the morning as expected, sometimes in was right after lunch. You are the family hotel and you should expect that people with kids will have nap after lunch. 3. Spa: 2 days of 5 indoor pool was closed. Half of the units in water lounge did not work and were told about it only after payment. You can't take a full price of the spa if only half of it works. Only one woman in the spa area was nice and pleasant. Other staff, especially the man, was rude.

− Lo que menos me gustó fue la comida. Hubo dias que prácticamente no hemos comido nada y otros que muy bien....pero en general muy poco variedad.
