7.0It was close to Fiumicino Airport but very rural. You absolutely need a car. The owner was very accommodating and very nice. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is a small shared kitchen and a veranda. The unit is on the second floor and the ceiling above the bed are vaulted. It's characteristic beamed ceiling.
− I travel quite a bit and use booking exclusively so I get to see a lot of places in different countries and all ratings are not equal. In Canada this accommodation would rate a 5.5 or 6 just because of the exterior. The grass isn't cut and it's unkempt. But that's Italy. The parking is free and it's easy to get in and out of the property. In italy id say it was a solid 7.5 to 8, 3 star. We justed needed to sleep before our flight so for that, it was good.

8.0Clean. Strong air conditioning during very hot weather. The fridge stocked with drinking water and other drinks was very much appreciated. Close to supermarket.
− The ceiling is low and it’s easy to bang your head. This was clearly described in the accommodation description, so not a surprise.
