8.0The location was awesome and the building is nice. I didn't use any amenities outside the room (like the pool), but it was nice to have the option if my schedule permitted.
− The cooking situation was a bit of a hassle for me. As labeled at the property, some of the stovetop burners didn't work, but I also found that the ones that did were incredibly slow to heat up to the point that I couldn't wait, so I instead used the provided portable electric burner. This was unfortunate because some dishes require at least two burners, plus the heat settings (both on the portable and the stove) were limited, lacking variability. All of this is why I didn't attempt to bake anything, either, which again was unfortunate because I was hoping to cook more as part of my trip plan. (I made due otherwise.) I can also add that the little non-stick kitchenware provided, from what I recall, was heavily shedding their coating, which isn't something you want to be eating. (PFAS/"forever chemicals")

9.0A Great Stay in Davao! We had a fantastic experience at this apartment in Davao. The room was nice and clean, providing a very comfortable and welcoming space for our stay. The location was excellent, making it easy for us to get around and explore the city. We were also very impressed with the apartment itself; everything we needed was there, which made our trip feel seamless and stress-free. Another major plus was the security, which was very good and gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Davao looking for a clean, convenient, and secure place to stay.
