Dreckig und unbequem
3.0Ohne Frühstück gebucht. Zentrale Lage. Stadtlärm, war aber zu erwarten.
− Das Appartment ist nicht sauber. In den Ecken ist überall Staub. Die Teppiche sind schmutzig, man graust sich davor barfuß darauf zu gehen. Die Matratze des queensize Betts ist so weich, dass man mit dem Becken tief einsinkt. Das schlechteste Bett, das wir in unserem USA-Aufenthalt hatten (von 9 Hotels bzw. Appartements). Ich musste auf der Couch schlafen. Diese ist so alt, dass der Fußteil in der Nacht runtergeklappt ist. Das Leintuch und die Zudecke waren völlig zerknittert und haben ausgesehen, als ob sie nach dem vorigen Gast einfach nur zurückgelegt wurden. Grausig. Die Plastikteller waren zerkratzt und dreckig, ebenso das Besteck. Wir mussten von mitgebrachten Papiertellern essen. Kein Spülmittel, kein Geschirrspülmittel, so wie wir es in jedem anderen Appartement in Florida vorgefunden haben. Das einzige Appartement für das wir 100 $ Endreinigung bezahlen mussten. Wir fragen uns wofür? Bitte nehmt diese Endreinigung endlich einmal vor. Der Vermieter hatte nur Ausreden parat und hat uns in der Lobby, wo wir ihn angesprochen haben einfach stehen gelassen. "You can text me". Wir wären sofort wieder gegangen, wenn es nicht bereits Abend gewesen wäre. Auf die zweite Nacht haben wir dann, bei vollem Preis für zwei Nächte, verzichtet. Dafür hat der Vermieter am nächsten Tag auch noch Druck gemacht, dass wir um 11.00 Uhr draußen sein sollten. Bis ich ihn darauf aufmerksam gemacht habe, dass wir den nächsten Tag auch noch bezahlt hätten. Daraufhin hat er sich entschuldigt. Es war zum Glück unsere einzige schlechte Erfahrung auf unserer USA-Reise. Daher nehmen wir das mit Humor. Fotos vom Dreck habe ich zwar gemacht, möchte sie aber nicht hochladen. Immerhin besteht für den Vermieter ja die Möglichkeit alles zu verbessern.
