Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Apartament duży, przestronny, dobrze wyposażony. Widok z balkonu na morze i Valette. Jedynym mankamentem był trwający remont obok mieszkania, bardzo głośno, ale to już niezależne od zarządcy.

Bed bugs and bad smells

Good location, apartment itself is generally fine and is spacious and has good facilities.

− There was a constant smell of sewage coming from the ensuite bedroom which was warned about in other reviews. This made it very uncomfortable to sleep in that room. In the other bedroom you had to contend with bed bugs, the guests in that room were bitten all over their upper bodies, hands and faces. There were building works directly outside which we understand is not under the control of the landlord, HOWEVER, had we known there would be loud drilling at 7.30-8am every morning for hours, we likely would not have booked, the workmen also have a very clear view into the various rooms of the apartments. The property also insisted on a €400 deposit through a third party which raises red flags immediately, they will also try and keep this and claim you caused damage that you did not, despite having evidence before checking out that the apartment was totally fine they have tried to claim the entire deposit for a damaged sofa leg. I have had to resort to contacting my bank to get a refund. Not worth the hassle, would avoid in future.
