Clean, spacious and perfect for long or short stays!
10.0Absolutely perfect! The penthouse is new, spacious, clean and has everything you can possibly need for a comfortable stay! From washinf machine, coffee machine, sandwich maker, hoover, even a baby changing mattress and other ammenities! The area is super quiet, while also being 5 minutes away from the marina and the prom with all the restaurants and bars. Parking space was a big plus too. We saw the photos here but didn't expect everything to be this good. Recommend it 100%, you won't regret it. 😊

10.0Das Apartment liegt sehr ruhig und trotzdem in der Nähe des Zentrums, es ist groß und hat 2 Terrassen, eine davon sehr groß. Ideal, um in ca. 10 Minuten ins Zentrum zu schlendern. Wenn Preveza, dann dieses Apartment.

10.0Schicke Wohnung, riesige Dachterrasse mit tollem Ausblick, zweiter kleiner Balkon mit Blick über die Stadt, sehr fürsorglicher Vermieter, zweimal Handtuchtausch, sehr gute Lage. Die Altstadt, ein Bäcker und der Polismarkt zu Fuß in 3 Minuten zu erreichen. Alles perfekt, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden, Carport im Erdgeschoss.

Great choice for a holiday in Preveza
10.0Great apartment! Very well furnished and nicely decorated. The large terrace is a big plus. Excellent location – just 5 minutes to the port and a short walk to the old town with restaurants and shops.
