Maison à peu près propre.

− Le logement ne correspond pas du tout à l'annonce: ce n'est pas un logement indépendant mais une maison comprenant 2 appartements. La piscine est donc partagée de même que le barbecue et l'unique table exterieure ! La piscine est sale (nettoyée 1 fois par nos voisins). La maison semble bien située mais se trouve en face d'un camping avec toboggans (oui le fond de la photo mise dans l'annonce est changé) en face dune voie rapide (bruyant +++) et surtout, le terrain voisin est occupé par des camions poubelle !!! Odeurs, bruit à 4h du matin et nous avons même eu des cafards dans la salle de bains puisque les tuyaux sont ouverts. L'équipement à l'intérieur est convenable mais les toilettes du bas quasi inutilisables pour des adultes et la douche à l'étage est une ancienne balnéo tout abîmée, aux tuyaux ouverts et qui fuit (voir photo mise pour montrer la réalité ainsi que celle de la vue sur toboggans qui n'est pas la même que sur l'annonce...). Portail extérieur qui s'ouvre 1 fois sur 2 et le proprio (ou conciergerie) qui répond simplement pour le check in/check out. Bref une catastrophe et au final hors de prix. Rien à voir avec la description de l'annonce: une honte !

− Couple in our mid 60’s, stayed at the Erodios Villas 2 early September. Waited at least 20 minutes for someone to arrive and confirm we had the correct property. This is the part where I need to stress the importance of this review. My wife has a condition called Fibromyalgia which limits her range of movement in her joints, too much stretching and it causes her pain, it is NOT a disability, she can do all things by herself, she goes to the gym etc. etc. We went upstairs to shower, the shower could not be hung to the wall, it was a handheld shower. My wife sat down in the hot tub, she was NOT having a hot tub bath, she was having a wash down sitting in the tub. I mixed the taps for her, hot and cold and noticed the tap heads could not move further than half a turn which surprised me, nonetheless I mixed the taps to an ambient temperature, tried it on my own hand and asked her if it was ok, she said it was fine and I left her in the tub to WASH DOWN. Within 20 seconds my wife was screaming for me to come to the bathroom, she was struggling to get out of the tub and away from the shower, she had tried to adjust the temperature slightly and was now becoming scalded with the seriously hot water. I turned off the taps, and she had very bad red marks on the back of her calves as she was struggling to get out of the tub, she couldn’t turn the taps off as she was being scalded and her condition would not let her move quickly. My wife suffered 2nd degree burns and we have had no direct apology from the owners, I guarantee the owners (agent) will no doubt refute all I have said in this review. All in all, we made a conscious effort to enjoy our week, there was no need to contact the agent as we never used the shower fully after this. All I will say is look at the pictures and make your own mind up, should the hot water in any property cause you to have burns as serious as these, full review on Trip Advisor, limited words on Booking.com

Had a good, relaxing stay at Erodios 2. 5 min walk to reasonable beach, good tavernas etc.

Pool, bbq, outside space

− Nothing. Hadn’t realized the pool was shared with next door when booked. Not a problem but would work well for 2 families/groups friends.

The pool was nice and clean. The location is great. The owner and the staff were very helpful and responsive.

the villa is beautiful and clean. not far from the sea, but on the first line it would be great. the owner is excellent. Always helpful and quick to resolve issues. Thank you.
