8.0Peaceful at night.Close to the beach.Ameneties are good and close to shopping center.
− Didn't like the strong pet smell .The couch not comfortable to seat on.Blinds are still damaged..Would be nice if there is a information sheet stick on the fridge that lets the people know what day is rubbish day.Not everyone reads their email right away.
Comfortable home near Dolphin Quay Mandurah.
8.0Walking distance to Dolphin Quay. IGA and bakery nearby. The Sands Tavern is good if you want to mingle with the locals. 2 minute walk to the beach. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay any time of the year.

We enjoyed our stay , it was a large house in a convenient location.
8.0It was spacious, the bedrooms were large and beds comfortable. It was very close to the beach in a quiet street.
− The courtyard was very small and not well maintained. Batteries not working in air conditioning unit remote. Some blinds downstairs were damaged and needed to be replaced.
