a nightmare, don’t waste your time in booking

− There is a blind in the bedroom under the photos of the website when I made a reservation. But when I just arrived the apartment, the blind in the bedroom has fallen off completely. I can’t sleep without a blind and the sunlight will definitely wake me up very early at night. When I contacted the property owner, it still requires at least an hour to fix it. My schedule is really tight and can’t really wait for this. I believe the apartment should be checked properly before it rents out. I have believed in the advertising photos and booked for 4 nights, but I have left the apartment without staying there even for one night at the end! I have requested for refund from the property but I was rejected completely. It’s really a scam and very irresponsible act to me. I will not recommend to anyone and please don’t book it even though the photos like very nice.
