Worst Mistake Staying Here

The kitchen and dining are were decent.

− The property smelled like gas immediately upon entry. There were roaches,both alive and dead, in the kitchen and garage. It took a few minutes to locate the kids bunk room which was in an awkward location, there were a lot of mismatched doors meaning doors that seemed like outside doors were used as interior doors and vice veraa. There were trip hazards inside and out. The singular tub had shower door enclosures that swung off the track and were unsafe. They just had a small sticker that said don’t move the door. The bathtub didn’t hold water either. There were a lot of projects that were done incorrectly. A lot of switches that didn’t work. The place plainly did not match the wonderful description on Booking or the video on YouTube. It was also 1 PAC-Man game. We couldn’t stay in the garage to play so don’t know if it was loaded with other games. There was a billiards table but we couldn’t play that either. I demanded to be let out of my stay and refunded. I was charged a cleaning fee when the cleaning crew obviously did a poor job of cleaning before my arrival. Hair in the bathroom amongst other things everywhere. It’s also not as close to Disneyland as they try to make it seem. You will definitely need to drive or ride share. The neighborhood seemed quiet but the house is far from being a Disneyland Dream Villa.

Ver comfortable home with lots of amenities. Close to Disney. It acommodated our large family. Great stay overall!

The proximity to Disney was great. There were things for the kids to do when we weren’t at the parks.

The Villa was beautiful, spacious and clean. My kids really loved the game room. My wife and I were impressed by the kitchen and dining area. Our whole family was able to sit comfortably and enjoy our meals.

Location was great and beds very comfortable. When we had issues they were sorted out quickly.

− Issues with electricity/power in general. Loo also blocked once but we managed to unblock.

The house was fully furnished, very well decorated and spacious

− The bed in the master bedroom was a bit hard… but I fell asleep fast. And the bbq grill set our steaks on fire… but we recovered them quickly
