Perfect location for Durham centre, 10 minutes on the Bus. House was comfortable and well equipped with plenty of shops and places for food close to the property. Also a couple of pubs down the road.

− My only criticism was there was no Cutlery in the house which seems strange as it is equipped with everything else you could need.

Overall it was very nice stay.

A hidden gem run by a diamond team ⭐

We had booked an Airbnb for a couple of nights, but, upon arrival, we found it wasn't safe to stay in and we had to leave immediately. It was late afternoon, and with my multi-generation family in tow (including two very upset and scared SEND children), I had to very quickly find somewhere for us to go. The staff here were amazing, going above and beyond to get us into the house as quickly as possible, even heading straight there themselves, before us, to make sure everything was just right and to make sure they were giving us the most suitable property for our needs after hearing about our experience. They were warm, understanding, friendly, checking in to make sure we were okay, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Arriving at the house turned our trip around and became a new core memory for the children. They were so excited to explore our new home for the next couple of nights after our horrible experience only an hour or two before. The house was a hidden gem: gorgeously decorated, well-cared for and CLEAN. In the welcome booklet at the house it stated that check out was by 11am, but (and it was my mistake for not checking, as perhaps the terms are different depending on the agent we booked through) our online check out time said 10am. When the cleaning team arrived, they were incredibly kind and patient whilst we hurriedly packed up the last of our belongings, so please accept our apologies for this. We can't thank your entire team enough for turning out what we thought had become a staycation nightmare into a lovely memory. We can't wait to come back!

− The bathroom locks didn't work, which wasn't an issue for us so we didn't need to bring this up, but it might be for others.

The beds are not enough to 5 people

The house is brand new, comfortable and very well located, near city centre.

− The double beds are smaller than standard ones. Instead of a bunkbed in the third bed, as advertised on Booking, there was a very small double bed. It was a trouble, because there was 5 people in our goup and none of the double beds comfortably fits two people. The cleaness of the shower was not very good, since the floor and walls had some mould.

Lovely property- would stay again.

Was 3 beds, 2 bathrooms and downstairs loo, As described and pictures. Box outside to get keys.Got code morning of arrival. Left Water, Crisps and Biscuits for us. Parking at the property. Co op and Greggs across the road. Plus some take aways.

− Post code didn't work with Waze. Used the post code for the Chinese takeaway as recommended by the property owner then was just around the corner!. Low pressure in the boiler- googled it and we got it working. You cant change the location but we were in town for a Uni event so had to UBER or drive.
