3.0It is a great property with great potential. I loved the idea it could be if the owners just put an effort.
− The door the way it closes it is not easy to close. The person who met us did not know what is there. We only became aware of the iron when we met the other guy the one who met us and said if we needed anything he is there did not know there was an iron. The bathroom was leaking somewhere so it was wet the whole time. The place needs a revamp honestly.
Poor service
1.0Nothing at all
− The tv never worked, place was dirty covered with spider webs electricity was not good if you switch one appliance on the others don't work.If you use the warm water in the bathroom you shock. Pots was so dirty we had to make a plan to clean it . Phoned and complained to the manager and owner and the call was dropped by them . Very poor service. Had to leave the place earlier after paying for 5 nights we couldn't anymore due to safety hazards
Disgusting, filthy dirty property which Booking.com should delete from their property list. Is
1.0Absolutely nothing. Unfortunately the space below was insufficient for me to actually write down all the problems we had with the property!
− This accomodation was filthy dirty. The beds were awful, the mattresses were all torn and very old and uncomfortable. The pillows, duvet, bed linen were filthy and the smell of pespiration from them was unbelievable. The fire extinguishers were out of date since 2016 and one in the kitchen was empty. Sockets hanging off the wall. No internet the whole time we were there despite advertising that internet was available. We also had no water for two days. Again the owner blamed the town, yet he if this was the case he should at least have asked the guy James, living in the shed on the property to either store water prior to the water being turned off or at least have some stored water on the property to at least shower. Or just inform the guests of the situation. They had a TV but no connection. If one put on the two rings of the cooker the electricity went! . The fuse box was situated outside but one had to first trip the switch in order to get the electricity back on. I did phone the owner and his first reaction was "Oh the electricity is probably out on the village" even though I explained that the electricity only went once the two rings of the stove were turned on! Only after he spoke to my son did he say on flip the trip switch and maybe the electricity will come on! Which is exactly what happened. So one could only have one electric item plugged in at a time otherwise the electricity went out! The electricity was very dodgy and considering it was a fully wooden house with no proper fire prevention it was extremely dangerous. Loose wires all around the house so I would assume the electric wiring was not done by a professional electrician. Just someone who thought he/ she could just do it!! The net curtains hanging on the windows were full of holes! The material was so old it was just disinteregating .The light bulbs outside around the property were full of water so obviously they didn't work!
