1.0− I arrived at the address provided. Then phoned the number. The woman aid to hoot then someone will open. After hooting a few times and no one opening I phoned the woman again. She said oh there's no one there and i need to go to another address that was 20 minutes away. There was a decent enough room but the house was in the middle of an informal settlement. The woman on the phone was terribly rude also. Luckily I just booked there for one night.

2.0− We booked for 2 adults and our 11 year old son. When we arrived we were told that there wasn't place for our son amd I we wanted him to stay we would need to book and pay for an extra room
