6.0Excellent A/C in all rooms-essential. Nice big terrace. Building entrance in good working order and cleanliness. Nice big bedrooms. Excellent bathroom-small but perfectly equipped and arranged. basic toiletries included. Enough Washing machine detergent included. Excellent availability and service by owner. Nice location if arriving by car.
− As usual, restricted parking availability though 5 mins away you had a landlot where to park for free. this should be clarified under parking conditions. Right next to an outdoor concert venue so we had one noisy night till 11:30. Also no warning of this. Scarce or cutlery, crockery and cooking pans (unclean). TV panel was unviewable (owner changed it immediately- but still, had to call him). Views are not great- You have a very old house with a falling-to-pieces roof, right next to our terrace.

10.0Situation exceptionnelle face au parc; plein centre ville tout en étant au calme. Terrasse magnifique ! Appartement très bien agencé, parfaitement équipé (quoique sans TV dans les chambres, mais c’est pas grave), et d’une propreté impeccable. Nous recommandons fortement!
Comfortable and convenient stay
9.0The apartment is in a generally quiet, peaceful location next to a park (in the summer though, there are occasional concerts); it is within walking distance to the town's main sites and main street with plenty of dining options, though to get to the fortress a car or bus would be advisable. The apartment is spacious and comfortable for several nights, especially with air conditioning in every room for the hot summers, and the host was flexible with our arrival. We would recommend this place for other family travelers.
− Note that the parking is street only (no private garage); it is free on weekends but you'd have to pay on weekdays. So it is not necessarily free parking.
