Lovely stay in a perfect location and very clean!
10.0Clean, spacious and perfect location, full communication with Peter the owner he was just a message away and sent full check in instructions even let us check in a bit earlier as it was ready would definitely recommend! We were attending a wedding at rushpool and was just a short taxi ride away also right next to the saltburn seafront and pubs for the night before the wedding which was convenient!
− Bit warm could benefit from a few fans maybe but it was a hot weekend while we where there so was expected
Our stay was very enjoyable excellent location useful information in the property will be going there again.

10.0Very near the beach , beautiful large house with everything you needed . Comfy beds,clean ..free on the road parking. Would definitely stay again , good bus service as well to nearby Whitby etc if you didn't want to drive
− The only thing I can think of is no hand towel in downstairs toilet, otherwise 10/10 👍
