Very lovely place to stay, highly recommend it.

− Noisy in the morning. Flat was excessively hot and took a while to cool down. Stairs are a little tricky for elderly people but we managed. Parking space tricky to get in and out of with parking on the road and all a bit ‘unfinished’

5.0Good location. Spacious with two bedrooms also had parking. Staff were quick to respond to issues we experienced on our stay
− Address postcode took us to an entirety different location. Extremely confusing. Lack of bedding as described. Oven and kettle very dirty. We did complain and to be fair this was sorted within a few hours. Housekeeper returned with new bedding and a new kettle and she also cleaned the oven the following day. Still not what you would expect to be greeted with in a supposedly 4* accommodation as advertised.
