− Sauberkeit kann sehr verbessert werden. (Überall Haare der Vormieter, z.B. in den Schubläden, im Bad, Kühlschrank, Dicke Staubschichten z.B. auf Heizörper im Bad, Schmutziger Kühlschrank, Essensreste in den Sofarillen, etc) Küchenausstattung könnnte ein wenig umfangreicher sein.
