10.0A casa é espaçosa, oferece conforto e comodidades. A cozinha é completa, com eletrodomésticos, utensílios. Os 3 quartos tem tv smart e ar condicionado. A área externa é uma delícia. Para o festival de jazz a localização é ideal pois fica a poucos minutos a pé da boca da barra e da concha acústica, onde ocorre os shows diurnos. Supermercados e comércio próximos. Os hostes respondem rapidamente.
− O galo de algum vizinho que canta a madrugada inteira. Mas isso não é problema do imóvel, mas da fiscalização de posturas e zoonoses, já que ter esse tipo de animal em área urbana infringe leis.

− Da falta de privacidade. Tem cameras espalhadas por toda a area externa. Não me Senti confortável em nenhum momento. Me senti em um big brother. Se soubesse dessas cameras, não teria feito a reserva
