− Could have been a little warmer. The house not the weather.
I would love to spend some time at the property in the summer. The location is ideal
10.0There was so much space, all the kids was able to have a little privacy and quiet time when needed. The place was very clean and welcoming with everything you could possibly need such as cooking equipment, including a slow cooker which came in handy for longer days out.
− Not being able to heat the property as required was difficult. Although I was able to contact the owner and ask for the heating to go on, I didn’t want to be a nuisance. My children have medical conditions and keeping them warm was difficult. This wouldn’t be an issue for most guests and would not affect us in the warmer months.
Would gladly recommend property to others and will definitely keep in mind when staying in Yarmouth in the future
7.0Location, size and everything you need for a short stay like towels toilet roll hand soap etc
− Under beds were dusty. When leaving the property checked under bed to make sure we hadn’t left anything and there was a lot of dust and a sanitary product from a previous guest. Pans need updating, frying pan was unusable. Made clear on the website that the owner is at the back of the property, one of the guests was on their own when the owner used the fridge at the back of the property and got quite a fright hearing someone moving around.

7.0The location was fab! Round the corner from the bus stop that takes you to the pleasure beach. Morrisons local across the road and lots of space.
− Beds and needing need updating, aswell as the towels, some had holes in.
