Below my expectations
5.0− Customer service. They had to replace the couch, and I specifically asked that no one enter the apartment without us being there. We got home later and realized they had entered and changed the couch anyway. I found that very poor in terms of customer service. Safety. You're unable to lock the door from the inside, which is strange — especially since it’s on the ground floor in an area that doesn’t feel particularly safe. That made us feel pretty uncomfortable during our stay.
