− Apartment wasn’t very clean when we arrived & things broken. Lack of communication from the team for check in and to resolve issues in the apartment.
It was a pleasant break.

− Garage difficult to get in and out of so we parked on street as it was easier. Took a little while to work out what floor our unit was on in lift. Toilet in ensuite did not flush every time. Needs attention!!!! Toilet was a big negative!

− linen and towels were stained and marked and a few items needed repairing.
As above. Way too mean with cheap things every accommodation are "must haves".
5.0What breakfast? No milk. No sugar. No salt and pepper. No coffee/tea.
− As above. For $2,000 for six nights is way too expensive. Stupid narrow garage. Owners car stuck in there, no where for our friends car except out in the street. One single towel per guest. One cheap dish towel. Tiny dish cloth. Drain plug in sink way too small. Wardrobe door rollers unserviceable, door came out of guide and bruised my wife's toe. Dirty windows and spider webs on balcony (old spider webs actually). Main bathroom shower leaks. Filthy smelly carpet in elevator.....
