9.0- Ruhige Lage - Sauberes und geräumiges Appartement - Alle Informationen kamen rechtzeitig und detailliert im Vorfeld als Nachricht. - viel Extraaustattung wie WLan, WaipuTV, Tee etc. - Mit Balkon
− Kleinere Mängel: - Lichtschalter und Steckdosen waren nicht im besten Zustand - Couch hatte Gebrauchsspuren - Jalousien teilweise nicht nutzbar, dafür gab es Vorhänge (Aber Meckern auf hohem Niveau)

10.0The apartment is very nicely furnished, modern, functional, clean. The available coffee is a nice touch. The area is clean, safe, there was no trouble parking on the street in front of the house.

10.0Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Balkon, ausreichend Platz und Fußbodenheizung im Bad. Wenn wir noch einmal in Hof sind, werden wir gern wieder hier übernachten.

− Es war ein dauerhaft komischer geruch vorhanden der auch durch mehrmaliges lüften nicht weg ging... jeden abend war mir davon sowas von übel... Das treppen Haus ist extrem dreckig... und der nachbar im selben stock, quatscht nachts so laut das dass Kind im Wohnzimmer schlafen musste, sofa könnte mal getauscht werden....
