3.0Jeg kunne ikke lide noget ved overnatningsstedet.
− Der var dårlig service fra vi kom. Personalet var på ingen måde imødekomne og viste os ikke til vores værelse. Der var ikke rent på værelserne, der blev ikke tømt skraldespand og afløbet på badeværelset lugtede grimt. Der var larm til langt ud på natten på hotellet og vi oplevede to gange at folk rev i vores dør midt om natten. Det er ikke et børnevenligt hotel. Der var en lille pool der kunne benyttes, da der var dykker træning i den anden hele dagen. Den pool der kunne bruges var rutchebanen i stykker og der var grønne alger i poolen. Vi tog derfor videre til et andet hotel to dage tidligere end planlagt. Derfor en rigtig dårlig oplevelse, på en ellers vidunderlig ø.
The most awful hotel in Koh Tao
1.0− This property smelled putrid not to mind the horrible staff. The rooms weren’t cleaned for the duration of the stay. They then proceeded to charge us €113 for the towels as they had washable dirt on them despite us showing them the dirt coming out in the sink they refused to wash them themselves and made us do it. The air conditioning leaked all over the room creating a huge puddle and soaking all of our belongings and bed. It also took them over 5 hours to attend to the broken air conditioning which they offered no compensation or even fresh towels and sheets. The smell of sewer lingered across the whole accommodation do not stay here.
