10.0We loved that everyone had their own space. It never felt crowded. The 3 bathrooms were amazing. Everyone was able to get dressed to enjoy California in a timely manner. The 2 washing machines and dryer. The backyard space was lovely and very kid appropriate. We loved that we were able to contact the host at anytime. That was a 10! The location of the house was perfect. 5-8 min drive to the grocery store or walmart. The dining room table was large and we enjoyed a family dinner. The amount of TV's in the house. Not too many Airbnb have tv in each room. Everyone was able to watch their shows at night.
− We didn't like the pots and pans. They could use an upgrade. It was hard to cook and not have materials in our food. I'm sure that is from the previous guest not knowing how to use the appropriate utensils. Sheet pans can be added. For the amount of guests we needed more sheet pans to make sure everyone could enjoy breakfast (bacon) at the same time. Having 2 grills, one propane and one charcoal was a bonus. We grilled during our stay.
We booked it last minute and the stay was perfect! No problems at all, had a great time!

10.0We loved everything. The couch was very comfortable. All the beds were also really comfortable. The hot tub was awesome!
