6.0I liked the aesthetic & the fact it was it was close by the mall.
− How when I arrived I didn’t receive the key information before so I was waiting outside in the cold. But they did fix the issue and I loved my stay !

7.0− The cleaning staff was not professionnal. We were of course not on time to check out, cause we thought it's an hour later. And she was rude telling us to get out from the apartment (not even a Hello) Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Too early.

7.0I liked the location of apartment and I also liked how the apartment was set out it was very homely and comfortable.
− The apartment was clean but not as clean as I thought it would be it was almost like it hadn't be cleaned before we checked in. There wasn't enough amenities like toilet roll etc. Overall I had a nice stay there and would stay here again

− This unit is on the third floor and the washer and dryer are in the basement. But having that opportunity to wash necessary items was great!
