− Expected beds to be more clean, Comfy level is good but the the blankets and bed sheets should have been more clean.

A dirty apartment

The apartment is spacious, although one bedroom had no windows. It also has 2 bathrooms, which helps if you are traveling as a larger group. We appreciated the wooden floors, not the carpets, which are frequently standard in this part of the world.

− Where do I begin… I travel a lot, but I had never experienced a short term rental which was so dirty. We were really appalled by the state of the apartment, which clearly hadn’t seen proper cleaning for a very very long time. The owner tried to blame previous tenants for some “damage”, but it’s bad cleaning, not the tenants that was the problem. We found weeks of dust on the furniture - the layer of dust was so thick you could literally push it into piles- we’ve got videos to prove that. The closets in all rooms and all the bathroom drawers were extremely dirty with clumps of dust and other people’s hair - we could not unpack because it was so dirty. There was dust and hair on the bedding, dirty pillows and dirty duvets with no cover! Some bedding clearly hadn’t been changed, as it smelled used. There was trash left on the floor and spit and splashes all over the bathroom mirror. The couch in the living room was stained and dirty. The kitchen was only superficially cleaned, with dirty cabinet doors, chipped plates, broken glasses, greasy frying pans and a surprise of a pan with used oil left in the oven. A trash bin outside the door was not taken out for the full week of our stay and smelled bad. We documented it all in the photos and sent to the owner, who offered to clean the apartment and said it would take 2–3 hours. We didn’t feel comfortable letting someone in for a deep clean with all our stuff around and we were out all day. I didn’t come to NYC to sit around watching people clean, this should have been done before we arrived. The owner then offered us a sushi dinner from their restaurant, as an apology, but we never saw it. We also carefully documented the condition we left the apartment in - clean and undamaged - so the owner wouldn’t try to blame us, as they had before. As for the location, I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re relying on public transportation. It could take us up to two hours to get to places in Manhattan.

− Las ventanas de los cuartos de atras estan muy visibles si ven desde afuera

Me encantó muy cómodo Éramos 2 familias y estaba bastante bien

− Le faltaba un poco de limpieza pero en general muy bien!! Lo que más nos gustó fue la persona encargada nos explicó cualquier duda, le preguntamos montón de cosas y siempre nos respondía sea la hora que sea, eso nos ayudó mucho a la hora de dudas!!
