− Noisy neighbours on Sat night. Heating was turned off too early, and we got cold. Bed was too small. House needed double glazing.

2.0Beware that there is no coffee making equipment AT ALL in the flat. If you're happy with instant coffee, then this is the place for you. Otherwise, you'll have to go out for breakfast (as I had to do). This is the only place I've ever EVER stayed where there is no coffee pot, no coffee plunger, no filter holder, not even a tea strainer so you could make coffee in one receptacle and strain it off into a mug. Frankly, it ruined my stay because I couldn't have breakfast in the flat. And that's the whole point of renting a supposedly self catering place. How much does a coffee plunger cost? Get one!!

− Upstairs neighbours were moving out so was quite noisy for 2 days but excellent apart from that.

8.0Great location. Decorated to high standard, very well equipped & very comfortable.
− Unfortunately there are flats above & below. The basement flat were quite noisy until the early hours on our first night so didn’t get much sleep but we didn’t let it spoil out few days in Brighton
