1.0Schlüsselübergabe war einfach. Kontaktperson war gut erreichbar und antwortete rasch. Ansonsten leider nichts...
− Die gesamte Unterkunft war extrem heruntergekommen, sehr verschmutzt und auf unseren Aufenthalt nicht vorbereitet. Plastikbesteck und Becher. Tierexkremente unter der Spüle. Keine Gasflasche in der Küche. Spalt an der Eingangstür war zum Teil mit einem Stück Holz verleimt, teils offen. Stark verschimmelte Fuge in der Dusche. Keine Klimaanlage - Standventilator beschädigt und nicht ohne Bedenken benutzbar. Schmutzige Laken und Handtücher. Möbel in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Sind nach einer Nacht abgereist. Vermieter meinte mit einem „easy cleaning“ wäre alles in Ordnung und verstand unsere Reklamation nicht! Uns wurden NUR die Kosten der Endreinigung (75€) rückerstattet. Keine Einsicht oder Entschuldigung - es läge an unserer Wahrnehmung!
