This is a very beautiful place. It is very clean, everything in it is new. Each bedroom has working AC. Including the one in the attic. Enough storage space, beds are comfortable and there is enough space for 8 people in the livingroom, kitchen or on the terraces. The location is amazing. 30 seconds to a quiet beach with nice water, natural shadow and almost no people. Beautiful views of the sea and the sunset from several terraces. Very close there are some shops, tavernas, gelateria and a bakery. Plataria is a small and quiet village where you can relax. And if you want action, then Igoumenitsa, Sivota and Parga are close.The owner is nice and welcoming. Hard with the English but you can talk to his daughter who is very supportive and speaks perfect English.

− We liked everything. There are 2 things I would add. First, more things in the kitchen: more cutlery, especially knives, pans and bowls. Second - some beach chairs. It is true you can just take a bath amd get back on the terrace. But would be good to have some chairs in case you want to stay on the beach and watch the waves/kids etc.

The kitchen and the living room are on the ground floor, combined in one spacious area. One of the bathrooms is also on the ground level. The second floor hosts three bedrooms and the second bathroom. The top floor is again spacious, with three beds in it. In fact our family did not have any issues with the cooling of the top floor. There the AC body is not pointed to any of the beds which is a huge plus. The villas look new, inside everything is clean and shiny. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary, there is even a dish-washing machine. The washing machine is in the bathroom on the second floor. The hosts are very welcoming and willing to help.

− As others have already mentioned before me, there is an issue with the water supply pressure. During peak water consumption periods the bathroom on the second floor is practically unusable simultaneously with the bathroom on the first floor. It is obviously an issue not related to the property.

Nice and clean location. Parking places near the building. Fully equipped kitchen. Very friendly and helpful staff. Daily cleaning services. Very close to the beach (walking distance 50 m).

− As the three double rooms are situated on the first floor, there is only a bathroom for all these rooms. The second bathroom is located on the ground floor. Also the forth "room" is actually the attic at the second floor where are three single beds. We cannot use this room. Due to the heat, the air conditioning unit on this level was ineffective, failing to cool the air. We used the sofa bed on the ground floor instead.
