10.0Modern, sauber. Wirkte neu renoviert. Die Lage ist top - U-Bahn in der Nähe. Im Haus war es sehr leise.

1.0− Cuando llegamos el frigorífico no funcionaba, nos pusimos en contacto con el apartamento y no nos dio ninguna solución ,solo largas, al día siguiente como le surgió al propietario un tema de una visita del banco, nos chantajeo que arreglaba el frigorífico si le dejábamos entrar con el banco y nos negamos, al final hubo un anallamiento de morada ya que entró sin nuestro permiso mientras estábamos haciendo una visita. Y los cinco dias sin frigorífico y teniendo que hacer más comidas en la calle. No alquilar este apartamento!!!

8.0Het is een mooi groot appartement! Hij ligt dichtbij een metrostation en een bushalte ideaal als je met het openbaar vervoer naar het centrum wil.
− De eigenaar had ons voor de tweede deur de verkeerde code gestuurd. Gelukkig heeft de schoonmaakster de goede code aan ons gegeven. Pas na de inchecktijd had de eigenaar de goede code gestuurd. De koelkast stinkt erg. Sommige ramen kunnen niet open of gaan niet helemaal dicht.

7.0De ruimte, indeling en inrichting. Prima slaapkamers qua grootte en ook de huiskamer vond ik leuk ingericht en comfortabel.
− De gehorigheid van buiten. Erg vaak extreem luide sirenes en (misschien toevallig) werkzaamheden. Maar had ook te maken met het feit, dat we al de ramen niet volledig konden sluiten, omdat de eigenaren vergeten waren de klip van de hendels te ontlocken, waardoor de ramen dus op een klein kiertje bleven. Èn wat ook niet zo fijn was, is dat er een erg muffe lucht uit de koelkast kwam als we het openden.
