− We booked and paid for this property 6 months in advance in full, we received a message that they wanted us to cancel the booking 24 hours before we were due to arrive. If we cancelled it was advertised as no refunds, communication was terrible l, they failed to cancel the booking there. We booked and paid to stay somewhere else and were very lucky we had a hire car. This may have been just one of those things if they had a problem their end and don’t like to leave bad reviews but this is what happened and was not ideal at all.

Good location with a lot of room for improvements! I'm having a hard time to find a reasonable rating for this stay. The location is not too bad. You have ocean view with some other guest houses in front of you. Unfortunately, you cannot see the incoming waves to the bay, but within 1-2 minutes you reach the beach. From the balcony you can also check out the condition for the Cathedral Beachbreak. The bathroom and the floors were clean. The beds are in good conditions and clean. The people responsible for the apartment are friendly and welcoming.

− This apartment has so many downsides. Removing one point for each key issue. 1) The climate control in one of the two sleeping rooms is not working. 2) The oven has a small gas leak. We smelled gas multiple times when we came back until we figured out that this come from our oven. After we closed the valve the issue disappeared. We also reported this on our last day, and it hopefully got fixed immediately. 3) The electricity is in a questionable state, with lose jacks, and free access to cables. 4) There are servers and routers making noise the whole night. Those installations shouldn't be part of a rented apartment. 5) The kitchen is not usable to cook anything more than pasta. But, even cutting an onion was a challenge with blunt knives. 6) The shutters are electric, and not all are functional. So no sun (heat) protection during the day. 7) Windows looked like they were not cleaned for years. Another issue during our stay was the fact that there is currently a construction area in front of the house, making your stay less pleasant.
