Excelent stay, had very good time

Location, ac, garden, exterior beach shower. There is also plug for charging an electric car. Beach is 100m away.

− There could be more cookware. There was only one pot and one usable pan. The chef knives deperately need sharpening.

I enjoyed my stay, felt safe, had a good sleep and loved that the beach was just some steps away.

Terrace, Agutis coming to visit, lizards running around, waking up to the sounds of howler monkeys, fan worked fine (did not use a/c), Close to the beach, comfort

− Some Kitchen facilities were missing or ready to be renewed. The pans are burned and their coating is scratched, which made me feel uncomfortable to eat healthy food. A blender would have been nice to prepare fresh fruit juices. I bought cloth pins and a spatula for cooking in the pan which were missing. The bigger knives are not cutting very well...

Разрешили заехать раньше. Дом находится близко к морю. Две отдельные спальни с удобными кроватями.

− Нет электрочайника. Нет тёмных штор. Нет бумажных полотенец на кухне. Нет телевизора и стиральной машины. Нет ёршика в туалете. Территории вокруг дома почти нет - дом расположен впритык к другим домам и дорогe. Предъявленная хозяевами, титульная фотография дома, сделана широкоугольной камерой прижавшись спиной к забору…

Fast response of the host, nice terrace

− My credit card was charged one day before arrival, without asking first, with the amount +4% fee, I disputed, they promised an immediate refund, in fact it came two days after I had already left. During this period I refused to make an additional cash payment, since I had got no refund on my card. Without notifying the host charged my card during my stay once again, now at least without any fees. There was no real regret from the host for this situation. We booked this accommodation only for the washing machine, apparently there is none for guests, although listed at my booking. When I arrived, I asked for it, it was denied, only after threatening to leave they allowed me to use the machine on site. Bad maintenance: In the bedrooms the walls are damp and there is a slight smell of mold. During our stay, one AC broke down, periodically rebooting + beeping. Additionally the fire alarm started battery-low-beeping at 2am (both fixed the next day). The sink in the bathroom is also leaking.
