Brilliant house!!
8.0− I really didn’t want to say anything bad about this property as such a fantastic place! But a few little things; the annex out side had about 8 dead flies and the sink tap was just cold water. The freezer did need a clean. No book for information about the area Restaurants and activities. A book to also write about our stay would bd nice!

Maximum 15 guests staying and visiting the barn at any time.Any extra guests such as caterers, chefs need to be agreed with us before hand. This is for insurance purposes.
Parking for maximum 10 cars and to be parked on the home barn grounds only. No commercial vehicles allowed on the premises, caravans or motorhomes.
Please vacate the hot tub after 10pm to avoid any noise and disturbance for our neighbors at unsociable hours.
Please vacate the barn at the agreed check out time.
