− The porch needs redone ASAP. There were boards that were really rotten and we had to make sure not to step on. The glass on the porch needs adjusted could have easily been pushed out if anyone touched it.(I took pics) Major safety issues. The dish washer did not work and there was no plug in for the bath tub.
