Beautiful property with potential but needs vast improvements and lacking any customer care.

This is a beautiful house that is so much bigger than it seems from the photos. The bedrooms are lovely and all have air conditioning. The pool is beautiful and the water was kept at a perfect balance. The location of the property is wonderful for exploring the surrounding area but we would definitely recommend having a rental car, the local shop within walking distance is ok but lacking in anything fresh and there is a very limited choice of restaurants. There were plenty of clean towels and linens provided.

− Unfortunately the manager was very inattentive. We only received the instructions for check in on the day via WhatsApp so we did not receive them until after 30 minutes of searching around as we did not have Wifi. The manager did as little as possible and when she would see us she would keep her head down and not once asked us about our stay. She also has a dog on site that is kept in a pen 24 hours a day and it cried and whined constantly. We eventually asked if we could take the dog out when we were there, he was extremely sweet but did have fleas and was not what we signed up for. The house is beautiful and has lots of potential but was not very clean, the kitchen is terribly stocked, most of the kitchen equipment was broken including all the frying pans, the coffee machine and the stove. When we asked if we were doing something wrong with the oven as we could not get it to temperature, only then were we informed that it doesn't work. We were charged over £300 for gas and the stove did not even work. Much of the kitchen is actually potentially dangerous, especially the stove as all the knobs were broken and the gas supply very dodgy and difficult to turn on. The main toilet was completely cracked through making it very difficult to flush. We could not use the downstairs toilet as it blocked and overflowed every time it was flushed. The sink flooded the kitchen twice, the manager did organise a plumber very quickly each time this happened but the house was left in a state after each time with dirty water and debris all over the floor for us to clean up with zero cleaning equipment provided as no one from the property checked his work or if it was cleaned or even fixed. We made the most of our stay but considering the price to stay, the kitchen and bathroom situation was unacceptable.

The house was spacious, with two bathrooms, enjoyed the barbeque outside and the surrounding nature.

− Everything inside is a bit oldish and worn out, not well maintained. We arrived on Easter and everything was closed, could have left us some coffee at least in the kitchen. Instructions on arrival were not very clear and communication with the hosts was difficult.
