8.0Location and the lay out of the house
− Stove not working
Aside from the heating issue, the property was great.
5.0The property itself is clean, well furnished and in a good location.
− Unfortunately the house is absolutely freezing! The heat pump could not maintain a reasonable temperature throughout the entire house and the small oil heater struggled in one of bedrooms with the door shut. The high ceilings are beautiful and all of the rooms were lovely, but unfortunately it was so cold it made it extremely uncomfortable for all of us. I’m sure the issue could be rectified with electric blankets, a few more heaters and extra bedding for the bedrooms, but unfortunately my messages to the host remain unread/unanswered. Would most likely stay here again in summer, but unless the heating issues are dealt with I would not recommend it in winter sadly.

8.0Space and the fact that everything was provided- body washes, dishwashing tablets, laundry powder. Full size so no need to shop for these.
− Bath did not drain well and water came up through drain hole wetting all the floor. Sounds like blocked drain. No cutlery basket in dishwasher. But these were just minor in the grand scheme and are easy fixes.
