− The facilities were bad. Microwave was not available and kitchen stove cannot be used. (was told only after checked in that it will be only provided if stay long period). No electric kettle. Toilets were not clean and slippery. No fan in the room. wifi cannot use. Did not match their pictures and description stated in the advertisement. Felt deceived. Host were unhelpful and difficult to reach. Tried to ask for help, but just told us to get refund and find other hotel. mind that I booked for my old parents. so irresponsible. Felt like got scammed big time! :( Had to checkout my parents and find other place to stay plus it was not refundable. What a waste of money!
