Bad communication, dirty property and rude landlord

− The Property was dirty and unclean, no WiFi and dirty linen. Bad communication from the landlord. It took hours before access code was provided. WiFi was switched on next day but had no internet access. Booked out on 25th August as requested and since then have been continuously harassed by the landlord accusing me of staying another day and loosing the key to the property. This property is a disgrace and in my opinion should not be listed on booking.com
