10.0Alles war super. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Super Aussicht. Lage überragend

6.0Wintergarten war im Winter nicht zu benutzen, da zu kalt - der Kamin und die zusätzliche Heizung konnten den Raum nicht ausreichend aufheizen. Massagesessel schmuddelig und alt - viel Fett von vielen Haaren Toilette roch extrem nach "alten Mensch" "Altenheim" - ekelig, wahrscheinlich noch in den Wänden Fazit: mehr Schein als Sein auch mag ich es nicht mit Videoaufnahmen und Lärmmessungen "bedroht" zu werden, wobei das Haus extrem hellhörig ist und die anderen Bewohner teilweise um 03.00 morgens lautstark ins Haus kamen. Hier noch einmal klar - wir haben kein Recht auf Bild und Ton gegeben.

Tolle Aussicht, Preis ok, Sauberkeit und Erinnerungen an die Hausregeln nicht ok.
8.0Der Wintergarten und die Aussicht auf die Weser. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer.
− Die Sauberkeit (die Fensterrahmen von innen leider schmutzig, der Boden in der Küche war nicht ganz sauber und die Kopfstütze des einen Sessels waren speckig). Die Fenster ließen sich nicht so gut öffnen, der Fernseher in einem Schlafzimmer funktionierte nicht. Die Erinnerungen per Mail (hinsichtlich des Mülls) und die Lautstärke“drohung (dass Lärmpegelmessungen gemacht werden….) empfand ich als sehr unangenehm (wir sind wirklich nette, ordentliche Gäste).
