The apartment was in a good location and seemed comfortable enough. Towels and toiletries were provided and there was easy access to on road parking. The owner was generally responsive to messages on the day before we arrived at the property. Unfortunately I can't comment on much more as we didn't end up spending much time in the flat or staying there that evening.

− The property was advertised as a one bedroom apartment but was more like a studio flat. There was no door between the lounge area to the area where the bedroom was. The key code was handed over an hour late. The toilet didn't flush and it wasn't possible to fill the cistern. It took over a couple of hours to be told for certain that a plumber wasn't available. If the toilet issue wasn't known about beforehand it can only mean it had been a while since the toilet had been formally cleaned. We ended up having to source alternative accommodation late that evening as no immediate alternative was provided. An offer to refer us to another operator only came through once a hotel room had been booked more than an hour later. I filed a complaint immediately but now 48 hours later booking.com are still to hear from the owner regarding my request for a refund, despite her seeming pleasant, understanding and apologetic on the day.

− Only downside was an issue with the boiler but these things can't be helped.

Die Lage war super, das Stadtzentrum war in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Kontaktperson Veronica war per Text sehr gut zu erreichen und antwortete in kürzester Zeit, wenn es Fragen gab. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet (Föhn, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Küchenutensilien) und wir hatten alles, was wir benötigten.

− Die Wohnung war leider nicht wirklich sauber. Es war Dreck am Boden, die Wände hatten einige Schrammen und das Geschirr war schmutzig inklusive Haaren und Kaffeeresten. Im Schrank war außerdem ein kaputtes Wasserglas. Einer der Stühle war sehr wackelig und muss ausgetauscht werden. Die Angabe zu „Parkmöglichkeiten“ stimmt auch nur so halb: das Parkhaus nebenan, was uns vom Wohnungsbesitzer empfohlen wurde, hat permanent geschlossen. Es gibt einen kleinen Parkplatz, der fußläufig erreichbar ist, aber man muss Glück haben, einen Platz zu erwischen. Insgesamt war ich für den Preis nicht zufrieden.

Prima appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Uitgebreide keukenfaciliteiten, fijne bank(bed) en goed tweepersoonsbed. En betaalde parkeergarage in de buurt.
