3.0− There are three fatal problems: 1. It is located near the expressway, and the noise of cars is so loud that even with earplugs, one cannot fall asleep; 2. The air conditioner is installed dangerously, and the landlord has no awareness of regulations or safety; 3. The landlord is not sincere to the customer. When the equipment has problems, he does not apologize to the customer, but takes the opportunity to blackmail the customer.
