The studio apartment was spacious and modern. Air-conditioning was cold and shower water pressure good. Very convenient location. Close to SS15 LRT station and restaurants etc.

− The mattress was soft and lumpy. The TV wasn't working. No response from the host despite numerous complaints, text messages and emails. One roll of toilet paper for 2 ppl for a 5 day stay. No tissues in the tissue box. No cleaning or change of bedding despite being charged for cleaning. No bottled water provided during entire stay. Refundable deposit was collected during check-in. The check-in process was a nightmare as we had to go to a different building altogether to collect the keys. Getting the deposit refunded was another nightmare. Amount shown on Booking app and the amount deducted from my card was a difference of more the RM200. When I asked host for breakdown and explanation, my text was ignored. My advice is don't stay here coz host and management are useless and don't know what they're doing. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE.

Washing machine and fridge.

− Got not same as picture, those UK pillow things and plates on the table were just for decoration and in reality, u only got those bed (the queen bad was already broke in the edge i guess) and the facilities. Cant use all facilities (water heater, washing machine, tv) at one time, can cause black out. U got a house with invisible guest that come at 12 am as well (u know what i mean). Late reply from the owner (sometimes not even reply), and i have to BEG to get my refund. The refund supposed to be given the day i left but the owner only transfered after 3 days and after i texted ALL the staffs, begging for my money. Overall 2/10 ( 2 because they still got me a facility and place to stay). The rest was the worst i ever had. To other customers please record a video of the house tour the moment u step in the house as reference.

The room was spacious and clean.

− The tv wasn't working and when reported they just asked to send a video and didn't provide any feedback. Only one light in the bathroom was working - no action was taken despite letting them know. Some of the plugs were faulty.
