Centrum miasta w zasięgu spaceru. W budynku dostępne pralnie samoobsługowe, kilka restauracji, sklepiki, a także przechowalnia bagażu.

10.0地點很方便，如果要跳島的話尤其方便，下樓就有可以接駁到碼頭的免費電動車。 附近能逛的加雅街可以步行到達，房間很貼心有提供萬用轉接的延長插座，不需要帶轉接頭，備品充足，還有提供耳塞。 樓下就有2+家便利商店，食物也有滿多選擇
− 亞庇改管車比較多，儘管樓層較高還是會聽到，淺眠的人建議戴上耳塞(有免費提供)
