Stylish 2 Bedroom Flat Near City Airport - Pet Friendly, Free WiFi & Free Parking

We would never return to this property again and would advise anybody else considering booking it to be very careful.

There was enough space for 4 or fewer people

− This was not our first choice which was cancelled at very short notice. Booking.com provided this as an alternative. On arrival we found a dirty tea towel and insufficient crockery, bedding and towels for our group of 5 women. On the afternoon of the first evening we received a phone call from somebody calling herself the manager, to say that the locks had been changed on the apartment due to a security issue. This was a serious claim as the concierge had already told us that the property was being rented out illegally. The manager claimed that security had tried the door handle to find it open and notified the owner who was living abroad and asked for the locks to be changed. She said that she would be having the locks changed back again at 7 o’clock that evening. At which time we should have been in the theatre enjoying a show that we had booked a long time previously. The tickets costing over £100 each. And because of all of the hassle with the changing of the locks, our evening was spoiled and we missed part of the production. We have asked booking.com to investigate and they have been dreadful.

Great stay in silvertown. The host was very helpful. Allowed us to have early check in & late check out. Had a comfortable stay in the flat. It was clean, stylish, toiletries provided and it was in a safe location. Reasonably priced and would definitely stay there again.

A Beautiful Apartment

Having a parking space was invaluable to us as we had a disabled person with us. I certainly would not hesitate to stay again. We had a few issues but this was sorted immediately and the host made sure that we were happy with the results. All of us really enjoyed our stay there.

− The apartment was great but the settee could have been more comfortable and it would have been great to have had more easy seating when relaxing.

The apartment was great, had a lovely ambience and calming aesthetics. Uzair was lovely and hospitable and always available to help out. Wheelchair access was a requirement for me and I was assured by Uzair that the apartment was all accessible via a lift. It exceeded my expectations and we had a pleasant weekend stay.

− Can't think of anything to dislike. it was a cosy place to stay at with all the necessities. Would stay here again.
