− 1. Couldn’t get into property for almost 1 1/2 hours 2. no hot water 3. Property was above a brothel where you could hear women moaning using fowl language

− Host communication was terrible, did not supply entry details withih agreed timescales. Meaning we had to book travelodge due to timescales for concert at extra expence. Did not return fully refundable deposit even though we never entered the property. Raised issue with booking.com who were wholy unhelpful, will not use this provider again
Bad experience for an apartment in London this expensive
3.0The WiFi was perfect
− The Elevator never worked and I’ve gone through hell moving with my aged sister up and down the 5th floor daily. Carrying our 6 bags down the stairs was extremely difficult. The washing machine never worked and no one came from the team to check it out even after I complained. Water took a very long time to drain out the bathroom in the master bedroom. It’s not really been a good experience staying at this place
