− Apartment smelt of cigerettes Under sofa wasn't cleaned Balcony had smashed glass, ( aparentment was used with a 3 and 6 year old so this was incredibly dangerous Some doors didn't close or lock like the toilet and 1 bedroom door, (latch bracket needs to be moved)

1.0− terrible. dirty sheets. damaged sofa... think the photos on the listing are of a completely different flat. minute i started complaining communication stopped

− The directions were wrong, and took us to the estate next door and the key code pin was incorrect. It took ages to get in, and Ash the person were supposed to speak to, never answered his phone. It took a while to make contact, but once Rehman was involved issues were resolved
