10.0Ci è piaciuto tutta l'esperienza in questa struttura ha confermato i giudizi che avevamo già letto, e forse è andata. oltre le nostre aspettative. La struttura era veramente pulita è dotata di ogni comfort, e di ogni accessorio utile per il soggiorno in questo splendido appartamento.

1.0− We spend a nerve-racking hour after a whole day of traveling, during which we weren’t even sure if we’d have a place to sleep that night. They forgot to send me the information after I completed an online check-in. We couldn’t find the address, there’s no reception desk or anyone to ask for help and they didn’t answer the listed phone number. My husband found a different number on Google, and he kept calling that one while I continued with the Booking number. After about 30 minutes, the Google number finally answered. They told us they had sent us the details (which they hadn’t). They sent them eventually, but by that point, we were so rattled that it took us another 15 minutes to decipher them and finally get the door chip. All in all, it took an hour from the time we arrived at the place until we could finally enter the room.
